    1/2 cup Peas
    2 cups cooked Brown rice
    1/2 cup Kale
    1 cup Onions
    1 cup Carrots
    1 cup Celery
    3 TBS.Soup base

    1 TBS.Granulated onion
    1 TBS.Flax seed
    10 cups Water

Directions
