Introduction

Yummy breakfast bar/cookie with no added sugar, dairy, or eggs. Yummy breakfast bar/cookie with no added sugar, dairy, or eggs.

Ingredients

    3 mashed bananas
    1/3 c applesauce, unsweetened
    2 c oats
    1/4 c water
    1/2 c raisins
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon

Tips

I did not drop mine onto a cookie sheet, but instead placed them in a pan to make bars. They were a bit bland, but I'm not one for salt. I will add more raisins next time.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine all ingredients. You can either drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet, or spread the mixture into a 11 x 7 pan and make them into bars.

Bake 15-20 minutes.
