    1-2 ounces regular cream cheese (up to you and your fat count)
    1-2 tbsp. heavy cream (optional)
    2-3 tbsp. Splenda
    1 packet of prepared sugar-free jello divided in 4 cups (the tropical fruit mix flavor is my personal favorite.)
    I tbsp. sugar free toasted coconut flakes (optional)


Warm the cream cheese for 30 seconds in the microwave, then whip in the cream (optional, depends on your fat allowance) and add the Splenda.

Top each cup of jello with 1/4 of the mixture. Let it set for a couple of minutes.
