Ingredients

    1 yellow pepper
    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    1 large zucchini
    1 large yellow squash
    1 14 oz can of fire roasted diced tomatoes
    1 14 oz can of tomatoe sauce
    1/2 large can of tomatoe paste
    palm of cumin
    palm of chili powder
    palm of garlic powder
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper

Directions

saute veggies in a tablespoon of olive oil. add canned tomatoes and paste. add spices. simmer for an hour, covered.
