Ingredients

    3 T sugar
    3 T cooking sherry
    3 T soy sauce
    3 T water
    2 teaspoons malt/rice or white wine vinegar
    1/3 cup creamy natural peanut butter

Directions

Put all ingredients in saucepan and cook for 1 min. until sugar dissolves. Whisk in peanut butter. Let cool and serve!
