Ingredients

Steel Cut Oats, dry, 2 cup
Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, 2 cup
Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Baking Powder, 1 tsp
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Truvia Natural Sweetener, 3 serving
Tips
Add blueberries, apples or other favorite fruit to add additional flavor (reduce truvia by 1 serving)
Don't overfill waffle iron so you don't get batter oozing out.
Top with your favorite toppings.
Freeze unused waffles and use for another day by just popping them into a wide mouth toaster
Directions
Preheat waffle maker.
Add Oats, milk, banana to blender and blend for 2 min.
Mix in baking powder vanilla and Truvia to blended mixture.
Let mixture set for 5 minutes to thicken.
Pour 1/2 c batter into center of waffle iron and cook according to directions for waffle maker
