Introduction

Ingredients

2 cups (about 12 oz) diced cooked turkey
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
2 lg eggs
1 1/4 cups frozen mixed vegetables (thawed)
1 pillsbury pie crust (just one for the top ..NOT both that come in the box)
Tips
You can also use chicken, but we love turkey in our house. I often freeze the diced turkey in two cup packets (so we don't have turkey over load) and use when I need a quick meal.
Directions
Mix soup and eggs well, add chicken and veggies
Pour into pie pan
Place crust on top, fold edges over to make thicker on edge, just like a regular pie
Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes
Serving Size: 1 slice (1/6th of pie)
