Ingredients

    1 block of light cream cheese
    2 boxes of sugar free vanilla pudding
    3 cups of 2% milk
    Yellow cake mix
    1 cup crushed pineapples
    1 tub light cool whip
    optional coconut flakes
    broiler pan

Directions

makes 36 2 inch x 2 inch slices

prepare cake according to package
bake in broiler pan for 20 min, check after 15 min
while cake is baking, whip cream cheese
add pudding and milk then beat, once well blended, add tub of cool whip and beat on low.

spread on cool cake
drain crushed pineapples and spread across topping

optional sprinke with coconut flake
