Ingredients

    2 cans chicken broth 99% fat free
    4.5 cups water
    1/2 chicken breast, diced
    1/4 cup tofu, diced
    1/4 small head, Chinese cabbage, sliced
    1 stalk celery, diced
    3 small baby Bok choy, sliced
    1/2 small onion, diced
    5 mushrooms, sliced
    1 carrot, peeled and sliced
    1/2 cup bean sprouts
    1/4 cup Chinese rice noodles (1 nest)
    1 tsp Sesame oil
    Garlic, minced


Directions

1. Prepare all food
2. Stir fry the garlic, onion, chicken, mushrooms in 1 tsp sesame oil
3. Add mixture to large soup pot, add rest of ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes
