Ingredients

    Bell Pepper, Green, Whole, 4 serving (remove)
    Brown rice (1 cup cooked), 2 serving (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
    Cheese: Mozzerella, Fresh, 2 oz (remove)
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, .25 cup (remove)
    Beans, black, .25 cup (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup (remove)
    Basil, 4 leaves (remove)
    *Sauce, Prego Marinara Sauce, .5 cup (remove)

Directions

Add rice, chopped tomatoes, corm, beans, bread crumbs to large bowl. Add shredded cheese and chopped fresh basil. Stuff peppers with mixture. Mix marinara sauce with 1/4 cup water. Pour half marinara on the bottom of large oval crock pot. Place stuffed peppers in crock. Pour remaining sauce over peppers. Cook on high for 3 hours or until tender.
