Ingredients

2 cups flour but I used 1 cup brown rice flour, 1/3 cup almond flour and 1/3 cup coconut flour
1 cup sugar but I used 1/4 cup agave, 1/4 cup hone and 1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup orange juice
1 T grated orange peel
1 egg
2 T vegetable oil
1 cup chopped cranberries frozen or fresh
1/2 cup chopped nuts I used pecans
Directions
Prepare loaf pan with non stick spray
mix dry ingredients then add wet ingredients.
Add cranberries and nuts at the end
Bake
