Ingredients

2 large or 4 regular size cans of Campbell's Condensed Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup undiluted.
16 oz. pkg cottage cheese - low fat
16 oz. bag of chopped frozen Broccoli
5 oz. can of chicken
2 cups skim milk
Tips
I microwave in batches to melt the cottage cheese. I then put it in the crock pot to finish cooking because it scorches easily when cooked on the stove. Don't tell people there is cottage cheese in it as many will not try it... You cannot tell there is cottage cheese in it when it is done.
Directions
In large bowl, combine soup, milk, cottage cheese and chicken.
With a fork, poke holes in the broccoli bag and microwave 1.5 minutes, turn over and microwave another 1.5 minutes. Caution...bag will be hot. Add to the soup mixture. In a 4 cup microwaveable bowl, microwave the soup in batches... pour into crockpot to finish cooking. Simple and delicious! Use less milk for a thicker soup.
