Ingredients

1 LB cauliflower, frozen
1 LB brussels sprouts, frozen
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 velveeta cheese wrapped slices
Tips
You can use any flavor soup you want (e.g. cheddar, cream of celery, etc.).
Directions
1) Spray crockpot with cooking spray.
2) Pour frozen cauliflower and brussels sprouts into crockpot.
3) Dollop condensed soup over the top of veggies.
4) Cook on high for 1.5 to 3 hours (until veggies are cooked to your taste) OR on low 8-10 hours.
Serving Size: makes 10 (1.5 Cup) servings
