Introduction

This is a Paleo alternative to taditional Cesar Salad. This is a Paleo alternative to taditional Cesar Salad.

Ingredients

    3 Tbls. Lemon Juice
    1 Tin (18 fillets) of Anchovie Fillets
    1 egg
    6 Tbls. Avacado Oil
    6 Tbls. Olive Oil
    9 cups shredded Romaine Lettice

Tips

Goes great with chicken breast and diced avacado.


Directions

Put lemon juice, egg, and anchovies in a food processor and blend till smooth. While food processor is going add avacado oil and olive oil just a few drips at a time. Once all oil is mixed in, poor over 9 cups of shreded Romaine Lettice. Then toss and add any ingredients desired such as chicken (additional ingredients are not calculated in this recipe).
