Ingredients

    Eggs, fresh, whole, raw, 5 large
    Tater Rounds (6 oz), 170 gram(s) 22 rounds
    Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded (remove)
    Frenchs original french fried onions, 4 T
    Cream Cheese, 2 tbsp divided
    Chunky Salsa - Mild, 1 tbsp divided

Directions

layer bottom of small (5 x 6) pyrex dish with tater rounds
add FF onion bits
add cheese
dot with cream cheese
add beaten eggs
dot with Salsa
Microwave on 80% for 2 minutes
Stir and fold to get uncooked center spread to edges
repeat until eggs are set but still moist.
