Chunky Salsa - Mild, 1 tbsp divided
Directions
layer bottom of small (5 x 6) pyrex dish with tater rounds
add FF onion bits
add cheese
dot with cream cheese
add beaten eggs
dot with Salsa
Microwave on 80% for 2 minutes
Stir and fold to get uncooked center spread to edges
