Introduction

This is my bread alternative experiment for breakfast food. This is my bread alternative experiment for breakfast food.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    3/4 cup Malt-o-Meal
    1/2 cup Stevia baking sugar
    1 cup Almond Milk
    1-4 oz apple sauce cup
    1 Tbs baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla
    1-2 cups water
    Butter flavor cooking spray

Directions

Mix dry ingredients and then add apple sauce, almond milk, vanilla and 3/4 cup water. Mix well and continue to add water a little at a time until the consistency for pancakes is where you want. Make sure it's not to thick or they will not cook all the way through.

Heat a griddle pan or skillet over medium heat, add cooing spray and pour 1/4 cup size pancake onto griddle. Continue with each batch, adding cooking spray between each, until all cooked.

Serving Size: Makes 12 4" cakes
