    Spaghetti Squash

Tips

Add any of the flowing toppings; salt and butter, Parmesan cheese, tomato sauce, basil, oregano salt and black pepper, yogurt, honey and cinnamon, The worlds best Meat Sauce.


Directions

1. Cut the squash in half. Do not remove the seeds.
2. Place the pieces cut-side down in a 10 X 15 inch casserole dish.
3. Pour in enough water to fully cover the bottom of the dish.
4. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 375 or until the squash pieces feel a bit soft when you press down on them.
5. Turn the squash pieces cut side up and using an oven mitt scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
6. Use a fork to scrape out the flesh of the squash, which will come away in strands.
7. Mix with any of the toppings in the tips section.
