Ingredients

    *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Broccoli, frozen, .25 package (10 oz)
    Kale, 2 cup, chopped
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *(C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Directions

Mix it all together in a bowl and then spread out on a cookie sheet or flat pan and either bake for 40 minutes at 350 or roast at 425 for 30 minutes. It might take longer as this is the first time I have made it.
