Ingredients

    Apple Peanut Butter Oatmeal honey chocolate almond coconut cookie smoothie!

    1/2 cup of Diamond Breeze Original Almond Milk (90 Cal version)
    1/2 cup of Silk Original (60 cal version) Coconut Milk
    1 Golden Delicious (or your favorite type) apple, cored
    2 tbsp natural peanut butter
    2 tbsp quick oats
    2 tbsp Ovaltine or Cocoa Powder
    2 tbsp raw pure honey
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground ginger

Tips

Vegetarian, lactose free, gluten free, and so good for you! As a meal replacement smoothie it can actually help you lose weight, under 300 calories per serving and under 50 carbs. Makes a nice tasty snack or dessert too.


Directions

Add the above ingredients to your magic bullet mug or other high speed blender and top off with 1/2 Almond Milk and 1/2 Silk Original Coconut Milk and pulse/blend on high.
