Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 large eggs
    2 large egg whites
    1/2 medium ripe banana
    1/4 tsp of baking powder
    1/4 cup of almond flour
    1 tbsp. of Coconut oil for coking

Tips

I use homemade apple sauce as a topping :)


Directions

Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Cook on a fry pan with Coconut oil on medium heat. Make it small like a tennis ball so it's easy to flip
Enjoy it!
