Ingredients

    3 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
    8 Pink Lady apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    2 Tbsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup water

Directions

In slow cooker, add apples and cinnamon, adding water to help cook down. cook on high until apples are mush.

Boil sweet potatoes until soft. Using a hand held mixer, beat on high until mashed. Mix in applesauce.
