Ingredients

    2 cans diced tomotoes
    2 cans of white beans
    1.5 quarts of chicken stock
    tsp parsley
    tsp oregano
    .25 tsp red pepper flakes
    pepper
    2 cloves of garlic or tbsp of garlic salt
    1 cup dry whole wheat pasta(penne)

Directions

saute onions and garlic in olive oil
add beans, tomatoes, seasonings, and stock
bring to boil on medium heat, simmer for 30 min.
add pasta
boil 7 minutes add spinach and serve after about 5 minutes
