Ingredients

    1 tbsp Carbquik
    1 tbsp nut flour (I use almond flour)
    1 egg
    1 tbsp water

Tips

You can add different spices, shredded cheese, or sweeteners to this recipe to give it different flavors. It's pretty plain.


Directions

Mix ingredients ingredients with a wisk, microwave for 2 minutes. Cool for 3 minutes. Slice open and put a hamburger inside (or a sandwhich, or peanut butter, or bacon and eggs, whatever)

    This is a great recipe and I think to help with the egg taste try just using egg white. I also added a bit of salt, garlic powder and stevia. This is a keeper! - 5/4/18

    This is more like eggs than bread. I was a tiny bit disappointed thinking I could put it in the toaster and toast it. No, I would not recommend. on the other hand, I added a little bit of sweetener and actually was impressed with the whole combination/recipe. I will make this again. - 3/28/15
