    1 large avocado
    1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    2 garlic cloves
    2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
    1 teaspoon hot sauce
    1 teaspoon dill weed
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon Cardamom

Directions

blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor and chill.
