    1 CAlmonds (whole, raw),
    1 C pecan halves, raw,
    1/3 C Sunflower Seed, Raw, Unsalted-
    1/2 C Coconut (Shredded)
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract,
    1/4 C Honey,
    1/4 C Coconut Oil,
    2 C Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened),

Directions

Ground nuts and seeds in food processor. Add all except berries. mix Add blueberries and pulse to mix Dehydrate for 1 hr at 140 degrees F. and 9 hours at 105 degrees
