    1 pound frozen chicken breast (Shred near end of cooking time)
    6 Roma Tomatoes Diced
    1 Can (29 oz.)Tomato Sauce
    1 Medium Onion Chopped
    2 TBL Minced Garlic
    1 Can (4 oz.) Chopped Green Chile Peppers
    32 oz. Low Sodium Chicken Broth
    16oz. Package Frozen Corn
    2 Cups Prepared (1 Cup Dry) Black Beans
    1 TBL Cilantro
    1 TBL Cumin
    1 TBL Paprika
    1 TBL Chile Powder


Place Chicken, tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Onions, Green Chiles and Garlic into Slow Cooker. Pour in Chicken Broth and add Cilantro, Cumin. Paprika and Chile Powder stir. Stir in Corn and Black Beans. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remember to shred the chicken breast. You may garnish with tortilla chips, sour cream, shredded cheese or avocadoes. The nutrition is not included for the garnishes.
Makes 10 hearty 1 Cup Servings.
