Introduction

Ingredients

    1 medium avocado
    4 oz. spinach
    2 tbsp. flax seed meal
    1 cp. unsweetened almond milk
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    4 tsp. powdered sucralose or 4 drops of liquid sucralose
    3 1/2 cups of water
    ice

Directions

In a blender, add water and almond milk then add enough ice to bring the level up to 4 cups. Coarsely chop spinach and add to the blender. Peel and pit the avocado and add to the blender along with all of the remaining ingredients. Cover and blend on high until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes two 16 oz. servings
