Introduction

Ingredients


    2 slices whole grain bread
    4 oz. of pre-cut chicken (leftovers from a roast are nice)
    3- 4 leafs of very green lettuce (romaine, bib)
    3-4 slices of cucumber
    Fresh avocado -scoop out 2 tablespoons
    2 slices of tomato (beefsteak or other)

    Slice off 2 servings of bread, smear avocado on one slice.
    Pile on the chicken.
    Layer tomato, cucumber and lettuce. Attach top slice.
    Cut in half. Enjoy.

Tips

Add more veggies to increase nutrient value.
