Introduction

Ingredients

    3 whole eggs (or use egg substitute)
    1.5 oz. pure maple syrup
    dash salt
    Whisk the above until well mixed

    Scald 2 1/2 cups of milk (I used 2%)

    Temper egg mixture by mixing a little hot milk into the eggs, then add egg mixture to scalded milk.

    Pour into 8 over safe individual serving cups.
    In a large flat pan, put about 1 inch of water.
    Place custard cups in water

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Not too sweet, but very good.
