    Very Good
Yummy! I added more cilantro, and since I strongly dislike avocados, I just skipped them altogether. Less fat and calories too, but now I don't have a proper count of them! - 1/6/11

    Incredible!
My husband and I made this and it is so good the next day! We made it exactly per recipe - did add a few pine nuts today and a tiny bit of pepper & sea salt...just a tad. I thought a bit of turmeric was nice - just on my portion. Turmeric is good for us, so I'm always trying to find ways to use. - 7/11/10

Very good! I left out the balsamic vinegar because I don't really care for it and added extra cilantro. - 4/1/09

I love this recipe! I add grilled chicken to it with fresh lime juice. This recipe reminds me a lot of the stuff at Chipotle. It is great on a bed of chopped lettuce or in a burrito shell. - 2/2/09
