Ingredients

    1 lb Turkey Kielbasa, cooked, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/4 " slices
    1 (16oz) can Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (15.5 oz) can Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (15 oz) can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (15 oz) can Tomato Sauce
    3 medium Carrots, thinly sliced
    2 small Onions, separated into rings
    1/2 cup Red Wine (or Beef Broth)
    2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
    2 cloves Garlic
    1 Teaspoon Dried Tyme

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; transfer to an ungreased 3-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until carrots are tender.

Or put all ingredients in a crockpot on low for approximately 8 hours.

Makes 8 (approximately 1 cup) servings.
