    4 cups kale
    2 large egg
    1 Egg white-large
    *0.5 med yellow onion,
    2 Clove of Garlic
    0.5 cup Feta Cheese
    0.75 cup Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
    2 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
