Ingredients

    1/4 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. egg whites
    1 Tbsp cinnamon
    2 Tbsp almond milk (unsweetened)
10 of your favorite berries smashed up (I used blueberries)
1 Tbsp almond butter (optional and NOT included in nutritional calculation - see Tips)

Tips

As an option add a Tbsp of almond butter. Note this will add another 98 calories, 8.9g of fat, 3.4g carbs (1.6 from fiber), and 2.4g of protein

Directions

Cook rolled oats with water. When to preferred consistency, stir in egg whites. Continue stirring until whites are cooked. You'll know because they sort of soak into the oats making them puff up and about double in size! Stir in cinnamon and top with a splash of almond milk and your favorite berries. Cheers!
