Ingredients

    Simple Choice (Kroger) Ground Turkey 4 lbs
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 2.5 C
    dry red lentils, 1.5 cup (rinsed/sorted)
    6 Tsp minced garlic
    Green bell Pepper, 1 cup, chopped
    1 medium sweet onion, chopped
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Egg white, fresh, 1 large
    Mushrooms, 5 medium chopped
    *Sauce, Hunts, Cheese & Garlic, Spaghetti Sauce, 1 can (tall)
    *worstershire sauce, 2 tbsp
    Ketchup - 2 TB
    *BBQ Sauce - Hunt's Original, 4 tbsp
    *BBQ hunt's honey hickory, 8 tbsp

Tips

We serve this with mashed potatoes and a veggie for a yummy meal!


Directions

combine all but last three ingredients in a large bowl. Stir with heavy duty spoon until well blended. Pour (sort of) into a 9x13 pan, smooth. Pour last three ingredients over the top and spread till covered. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour, or till done in the middle.
