Introduction

Wonderful dense brownie that replaces 1/2 the butter with healthy avocado for a great texture with less fat! Wonderful dense brownie that replaces 1/2 the butter with healthy avocado for a great texture with less fat!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    4 eggs
    1 scant cup sugar
    1 scant cup brown sugar
    1 cup coco powder
    1/2 cup GF flour mix, coconut flour, rice flour (calories are for 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill GF flour mix & 1/4 cup coconut flour,)
    4 TBSP melted butter
    4 TBSP avocado, mashed or pureed
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 tsp vanilla

Tips

Can reduce coco powder to 3/4 cup if you prefer a less dark chocolate flavor, just increase flour by 2 or 3 TBSP.


Directions

Preheat oven to 300 and grease a 9" square pan. beat eggs until light in color (5 or so minutes) Add in sugars. Then add in remaining ingredients. Pour into pan and bake for 45 minutes. Allow to cool (if you can!). Enjoy!
