Ingredients

    Chicken thighs
    Asparagus
    Cremini mushrooms
    Chicken stock
    Dry white wine
    Fresh parsley, dill, thyme
    Garlic clove
    Leek
    Salt and white pepper to taste

Tips

Add vermicelli rice noodles at stage of asparagus for noodles. Otherwise can pour over cooked rice per serving.


Directions

Cook and shred chicken. Bring stock and wine to boil. Tie herbs together and add whole garlic clove, herbs, mushrooms, and asparagus to broth. Simmer 5 min. Stir in shredded chicken, salt, pepper to taste, simmer 3-4 in. Garnish with finely shredded leek.
