    1/2 Cup Unsweetend Almond Milk
    2 Large Eggs
    1/4 Cup of Grated Carrot
    1/4 Cup of Grated Zucchini
    1/4 Cup of Diced Ham


Grate Carrot and Zucchini into a bowl.
Crack two eggs into the same bowl.
Pour Almond Milk into bowl.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add Ham.
Pour into hot pan to cook until golden on the bottom.
