Ingredients

    2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds (ground)
    2 Tbsp. Almond Milk
    1 Very ripe Banana (small)
    1 Tbsp. Creamy Almond Butter
    1/4 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
    1/4 Cup Pitted Dates, diced
    1/4 Cup Oatmeal
    1/4 Cup Dark semi sweet mini chocolate chips
    Dash of Cinnamon


Tips

Preheat oven for at least 20 minutes for best results. Spoon on to cookie sheet and flatten with a spoon. Since these don't have flour or baking soda or powder they do not rise. The size you make them is the size they are when baked.


Directions

Mix ground Chia seeds with almond milk and stir. Let stand for 10 minutes until gelled.

Mix remaining ingredients and place in a food processor. Pulse blend 3 or 4 times. Add to gelled mixture, mix well and drop by heaping spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes @ 350 degrees.
