Ingredients

4 ounces of light cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbls flour
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
pinch of salt
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/3 cups of icing sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
3 Tbls margarine
2 - 3 Tbls hot water
Directions
Beat cream cheese and egg well. Gradually blend sugar and flour in until well blended. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs until frothy, add sugar, flour and salt. Melt margarine and cocoa powder and then add to the rest of the ingredients. Stir well.
Spread half the brownie mixture in a greased 8 x 8 pan, then the cream cheese mixture followed by the remaining brownie mixture.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-+35 minutes until it shows signs of pulling away from the sides of the pan.
Let cool completely.
Mix the icing sugar, cocoa, margarine, and 2 Tbls of hot water adding upwards to 3 depending on smoothness of icing.
Frost brownies.
