-
2 lbs Green beans
3 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos (or Maggi or Soy Sauce)
1 Tbsp Black sesame seeds (optional)
1 tsp Chilies, dried (optional)
Directions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add beans (trim ends first). Cook 2 - 5 minutes, until tender-crisp. Remove from heat and drain.
Mix oil, Bragg Liquid Aminos, sesame seeds and chilies in pot and add hot, drained beans. Toss to evenly coat and serve.
For the best results, cook fresh beans in at least 5 litres of boiling water.
This recipe also works beautifully with broccoli, chard, bok choy, or kale - all very healthy alternatives.
