    Cholesterol free/yolk free egg noodle.
    Onions
    Red Onions
    Carrots
    Ground Lean Turkey
    Mushrooms

Directions

Sautee Onions and carrots on medium in a large pan. Add in Turkey after a few minutes. Then add mushrooms.

IN a pot cook pound of Egg Noodles.

Combine and spice to taste
