Ingredients

    *Goya 16 bean soup mix (dry), 1.50 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Swanson 100% Natural vegetable broth no msg, 4 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Curry powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)

Directions

- Put beans in pressure cooker with water and little oil
- After 3 whistles let it sit to cool
- Add oil in another pan and sauté onions, garlic, and celery
- Add curry powder and stir
- Add vegetable broth and the beans
- Simmer for 25 minutes
