Ingredients

For 1 serving:
1 chicken breast, boneless, skinless
Olive Oil
Herbs - Rosemary (fresh if you have it) & Italian blend or Oregano - to your liking
1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
1/2 Tbsp approx. Parmesan grated cheese
1 Tbsp approx. Mozzarella shredded cheese, low fat part skim
Tips
Most of the cooking is done on the grill, the oven is to blend the sauce, and melt the cheeses. Might be able to broil it, too.
Directions
Mix Olive oil and herbs in gallon ziplock bag and marinate chicken in it for about 1/2 hour. Grill on BBQ at medium heat for about 20-25 minutes til done, but moist. While chicken is grilling, heat up marinara on stove.
Place chicken in glass baking dish, top with Marinara Sauce, sprinkle Parmesan and Mozzarella on top and bake at 400 for about 5-10 minutes, til cheeses are melted. Yum!
