Ingredients

Chicken Breast (skinless, boneless, cut up), Canola Oil, Red Bell Pepper, Broccoli, Salt, Black Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper, House of Tsang Szechuan Spicy Stir Fry Sauce.

Directions

Slice red bell pepper into strips and chop broccoli into bite size pieces. Heat 1 tbls canola oil in frying pan over medium-high heat. Add veggies and crushed red pepper to frying pan and saute until tender-crisp, covering the pan between stirring.
As veggies begin to cook, apply a single quick-spray of Pam Cooking Spray (or other) to frying pan; apply salt and pepper to chicken pieces and cook over medium heat, approximately 5 minutes on each side or until done. Add cooked chicken and 1 tbls House of Tsang Szechuan Spicy Stir Fry Sauce to veggies and stir well. Cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Makes 2 large servings.

    Very Good
This was an easy fix. I added red, yellow, and orange bell peppers with the chicken and broccoli. I kept the stir fry sauce on the side. I also had soy sauce. I preferred the soy sauce. I also made some vegetable pasta. Enjoyed this recipe. - 4/10/16
