Ingredients

1/2c sunflower seeds (hulled, dry roasted)
    1/4c parmesan cheese (shredded)
    2T water
    Seasoning of choice

Tips

Adjust time if you want a softer or crispier cracker.
The amount of crackers depends on how thin you roll out and how big you cut them.
Mixture is very forgiving, if they brake as you roll out or cut they can easily be patched up.

Directions

In food processor grind sunflower seeds. Add parm and little salt and pepper (or desired spices), blend again. Drissle in water (may need little more or less) the mixture will come together in ball. Roll out mixture as thin as possible in between 2 pieces of wax paper, sprayed with non-stick spray. Pull top wax paper off carefully. Filp the rolled out mixture onto a silpat on a cookie sheet. Cut into 1in by 1in pieces. Bake 325 for 20 mins. Then I like to flip all, brake apart and bake 10 more mins to color both sides.
