Ingredients

    1/4 c. Quaker Old Fashion Oats
    1/4 c. Dannon Oikos Greek Yogurt, Vanilla
    1/4 c. Unsweetened Almond Milk
    1/2 Tblsp Chia Seeds
    1/8 tsp Cinnamon ground

Tips

Last for at least 2 days. Possibly 4 days if you don't add fruit until you are ready to eat!


Directions

Add all the ingredients to one air tight container. Put lid on and shake vigorously. Store in fridge overnight and enjoy.
