Ingredients

1 pk McCormick Turkey Gravy
2.5 lb Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
1 cup Celery, diced
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup canned Mushrooms
10 medium Potato, raw
4 Tbsp Land O Lakes, Light Butter, Salted
4 oz fat free sour cream
Directions
- Scrub and quarter the potatoes lengthwise.
- In a large sauce pan, cover potatoes with water and bring to a boil. Cook 15 - 20 minutes until fork tender. While potatoes are cooking,
- Microwave the ground turkey for 6 minutes, drain and chop to crumble. Repeat twice (18 minutes total).
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare gravy mix as directed, set aside.
- Spray a non-stick frying pan lightly with canola oil.
- Sauté onions and celery over medium heat about 1 minute. Add rosemary, oregano, and thyme (1/2 - 1 teaspoon each) and continue cooking until onions are fragrant, or about 6 minutes total.
- Combine turkey, gravy, onion and celery in large casserole dish. Cover and keep warm in the oven.
- Mash potatoes, slowly adding butter and sour cream until the potatoes are smooth.
- Serve the meat "filling" over the top of the mashed potatoes
