Ingredients

6 Egg Whites
6 Whole Eggs
1 Pint 1% Cottage Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese
(I prefer Alphine Lace)
Cooking Spray
1 Large Scallion, chopped
1 Medium Onion, chopped
5-6 Green Onions, chopped
2 Leeks, chopped
3-4 Garlic Cloves, chopped
2 Tbsp. Chives, chopped
1 Tbsp. Nutmeg, ground
salt and pepper to taste
Pam w/Flour Baking Spray
Directions
Preheat Oven for 350°
Prep individual ramekins or a 9x9 pryex dish with Pam w/Flour Baking Spray and put aside.
Saute chopped lilies in a pan sprayed with light cooking spray until tender, about 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
Beat eggs then add cottage cheese and nutmeg. Fold in swiss cheese and sauteed lilies.
Bake 45-50 minutes, depending on oven, until golden brown.
