Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey
    1 pound ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 egg
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
    salt, pepper, parsley, rosemary, basil, cayenne, celery seed to taste.

    Use about 1/2 of tomato sauce in mixture, spoonful on top of each mini loaf.

Tips

Other spices may be added for extra flavor or zing.


Directions

Mix thoroughly, shape into 5 ounce mini loaves. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
