Ingredients

    1 Tablespoon Safflower Oil
    1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    2 Tablespoons water
    2 Tablespoons Honey Mustard
    1 Tablespoon Agave
    1 garlic clove, minced
    Basil fresh or dried, to taste or 1/2 tsp dried basil
    Thyme fresh or dried, to taste or 1/4 tsp dried thyme
    Salt, to taste
    White Pepper, to taste

Directions

Mix with immersible blender. Store in fridge.

Mango balsamic vinegar - excellent
Robert Rothschild Raspberry Honey Mustard - excellent
I like this made with just basil, no thyme.
